Product Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations<\/strong>
At Music Collection, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. Order Cancellations<\/strong>
\u2022 Orders can only be canceled before the product has been shipped.<\/strong> The customer will need to cancel and place a new order.

Product Exchanges<\/strong>
\u2022 Change of mind exchanges are not allowed after the order has been shipped.<\/strong>
\u2022 If the product is defective or non-functional upon receipt, you may request an exchange within 3 days.<\/strong> The product and its
packaging must be in original, unused condition.
\u2022 Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
\u2022 Promotional items, Clearance Sale, and Flash Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable<\/strong> under any circumstances.

Return Process<\/strong>
1.Ensure the product and all accessories are repacked in their original condition and packaging.
2.Prepare proof of return documents for the courier when they pick up the item.

Product Inspection Timeframe<\/strong>
\u2022 Product quality inspection will take 5-7 business days<\/strong> after the item arrives at our facility.
\u2022 For complex or special cases, the inspection process may take longer than 7 business days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Refund Policy<\/strong>
For Credit Card Payments:<\/strong>
\u2022 Cancellations before dispatch will be refunded to the original credit card within 7 business <\/strong>days<\/strong> after voiding the transaction.

Product Warranty & After-Sales Service<\/strong>
\u2022 Warranty applies only to musical instruments purchased directly from Music Collection or Guitar Room.
\u2022 The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including electronics (e.g., pickups, preamps). It does not cover consumable parts like guitar strings, tuning pegs, plastic or rubber components, or gig bags worn from use.
\u2022 Customers must register for warranty coverage within 30 days<\/strong> of purchase through the specified channels.
\u2022 Products with manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. However, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
\u2022 Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or customer negligence are not covered under warranty, even if within the warranty period.
\u2022 Warranty claims are subject to approval at the discretion of our after-sales service team.
\u2022 To claim warranty service, return the product in its original condition (without removing any parts) to the store where it was purchased.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
