Return & Exchange Policy
Product Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellations
At Music Collection, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products to our customers. If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
1.The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
2.You received the wrong product from what was ordered.
Note: Shipping fees for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer in all cases.
Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled before the product has been shipped. The customer will need to cancel and place a new order.
• Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
Product Exchanges
• Change of mind exchanges are not allowed after the order has been shipped.
• If the product is defective or non-functional upon receipt, you may request an exchange within 3 days. The product and its
packaging must be in original, unused condition.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Promotional items, Clearance Sale, and Flash Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
• Opened or used items that are not defective cannot be returned due to dissatisfaction.
Return Process
1.Ensure the product and all accessories are repacked in their original condition and packaging.
2.Prepare proof of return documents for the courier when they pick up the item.
3.Contact us at contact@music.co.th or LINE@musiccollection168 with your order details, reason for return, and product photos.
4.Always keep your receipt as proof for after-sales service and warranty claims.
Product Inspection Timeframe
• Product quality inspection will take 5-7 business days after the item arrives at our facility.
• For complex or special cases, the inspection process may take longer than 7 business days.
Refund Policy
For Credit Card Payments:
• Cancellations before dispatch will be refunded to the original credit card within 7 business days after voiding the transaction.
• For returned items, refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
For Cash or Bank Transfer Payments:
• Cancellations before dispatch will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
• For returned products, refunds will be processed via bank transfer with in 7 business days after the product has been returned and inspected.
Product Warranty & After-Sales Service
• Warranty applies only to musical instruments purchased directly from Music Collection or Guitar Room.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including electronics (e.g., pickups, preamps). It does not cover consumable parts like guitar strings, tuning pegs, plastic or rubber components, or gig bags worn from use.
• Customers must register for warranty coverage within 30 days of purchase through the specified channels.
• Products with manufacturing defects within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge. However, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
• Damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or customer negligence are not covered under warranty, even if within the warranty period.
• Warranty claims are subject to approval at the discretion of our after-sales service team.
• To claim warranty service, return the product in its original condition (without removing any parts) to the store where it was purchased.

Music Collection reserves the right to amend or modify the return, exchange, and refund policies without prior notice.
