www.music.co.th calculates shipping fees based on each order’s total purchase amount. The shipping rates are as follows :

For Bangkok and Upcountry (Nationwide Delivery):
• Small Items (e.g., guitar strings, cleaning accessories, etc.):
Shipping Fee: THB 60
• Medium Items (e.g., guitar effects pedals, ukuleles, stands, etc.):
Shipping Fee: THB 150
• Large Items (e.g., guitars, drum sets, guitar cases, etc.):
Shipping Fee: THB 300
Shipping fees will be displayed in the order summary before proceeding to payment, ensuring full transparency for customers.

In-Store Pickup at Music Collection & Guitar Room
Customers can choose to pick up their orders at any of our 14 locations nationwide, free of charge—no minimum purchase required.

Express Delivery Service
1–3 Hour Express Delivery via Grab Express
• Delivery fee calculated based on distance.
Please inquire about delivery charges via LINE@ Musiccollection168.

Shipping Time & Conditions
• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed and paid before 10:00 AM will be prepared and shipped out on the same day whenever possible.
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political disruptions. If a delay exceeds 5 business days, we will coordinate with our courier partners to expedite the delivery.

Delivery Address & Changes
Once an order is placed and dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Orders will be delivered strictly to the address provided during checkout.
